Hi, I’m Tracy Tapp and I created Flowing Lotus Yoga in 2019. I obtained my yoga certification in 2009 under the instruction of Sylvie Gouin.

Practicing yoga for me has been life changing. For someone who has struggled with anxiety, and has gone through many stressful life experiences, yoga is the one thing that brings me balance, clarity and an overall sense of wellbeing. When I feel stress impacting me, I turn to my breathing to help bring balance back.

I’ve practiced yoga for over 15 years, and am passionate about sharing my love for yoga with others. Classes are hybrid, and can be attended in-person or virtually.

I believe that yoga can help everyone in different aspects of their life, from dealing with stress, enhancing mental health, and reaching your fitness goals. Whether your new to yoga, or a guru, Flowing Lotus Yoga has something to offer you.

I am grateful for the opportunity to work with you, and look forward to opening your heart to yoga.
