Two types of classes are available and may be attended in person at the studio or virtually via Zoom:

Flow Yoga - all levels welcome. Flow focuses on “breath synchronized movement”; moving from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is sometimes called Vinyasa Flow or just Flow, and is great for building muscle tone and strength.

Restorative Yoga - Focuses on winding down after a long day and relaxing your mind. At its core, this style focuses on body relaxation. You spend more time in fewer postures. Many poses are modified to be easier and more relaxing. Props are used, such as blankets and bolsters to help you sink deeper into relaxation.
